Went to Texas, rode a bull, and met some fabulous girls!

Y'all..I had the most AMAZING weekend in the entire world. Wanna know why?!

Friday morning I hopped a plane to Austin, Texas to see the sweet, gorgeous, awesome miss Shalyn and Sabrina! Seeing them in the airport with a sign that said "Howdy Erica" made me KNOW it was going to be an awesome weekend...and it was!

Ugh...can I go back tomorrow please?

Not only did I meet Shay and Sabrina..but another familiar face joined us for lunch on Friday..anyone recognize this pretty girl?!

Jenni! From Story of My Life! Girrrl you so gangsta!

Jenni...you are so so sweet and probably the teeniest person in the world! I am so glad to have finally met you after stalking your blog for so long!

Visiting these girls really opened my eyes to how AMAZING blogging is. Seriously..they were exactly how I pictured them: adorable, sweet, friendly, loving, and so.much.fun! We had a blast!

And...we made sweatshirts. And they say GO BLOG OR GO HOME. We really are that cool and I love it!

Shalyn and her hubby Drew (Drew Drew Hot Pants) made us feel so so welcome. They are the definition of true love..and probably the cutest couple I have ever seen. Shay really hit the lottery with this man!

While in Texas, I had a sexual experience with a bull. I don't know what got into me...maybe it was the fact that I had never ridden a mechanical bull, or because of a couple cranberry vodkas, or because Shay and Sabrina told me I'd do good on the bull, but I found myself hoppin all up on that thang!

 My Bull! during the day!

The guy controlling it was making it vibrate and jerk all around..gettin a rise outta the crowd! It was SO fun! I am so glad I did it...Shalyn has the video...and I'm not sure I'm ready to let you all watch my ass jiggle.

If you ever get the chance to meet a blogger, seriously do it! I am so glad I did..even though I was scared to get on that airplane alone...it was worth every single fear I had to be able to meet Sabrina and Shalyn. I feel like I've known them for YEARS and we didn't stop talking and laughing all weekend! I am so excited to see them again. I fell in love with Texas, and these awesome ladies!

Dancin' in da clubs

In preparation for Texas to see Shay-Baby and Sabby Fresh, I have been working on my dance moves to show to the big ole LoneStar State. Okay so I really haven't been practicing, BUT, at Zumba the other night, it got me thinking about all the different dances there are out there...and how many there are that I want to learn!

At Zumba, we dance to hip hop, salsa, latin, belly dancing, and country. When I'm out with my friends, I can safely say that these dance moves usually bust out of me at one point in the night.

The Crip (though not to this amazing extent!)

The Stanky Leg...extra stanky!

This move starting at the 2:45 mark (only when I've had more than one cocktail heh!)

And of course the Dougie...I mean, who wouldn't want to do that dance? It's so fun!

One dance I'd love to learn though, is the country 2 step. I love to do the cotton eye joe (hello 8th grade dances!!) haha! So I really want to learn that. Maybe in Texas I'll become a boot kickin' champ who knows! ;-)

What are some dances you like to do or want to learn?

Flashing the White Mountains

This weekend we flashed the White Mountains in New Hampshire.

(So I might have been the only one who didn't actually flash haha!) Gotta be my good girl side bustin' out ;-)

If you've never been to the White Mountains in New Hampshire, you seriously have to go. One word. BREATHTAKING! I mean, if you live in the south it might take 20 hours to get there, but I promise you'd be amazed.

This lil trippy trip was spontaneous. One of my college roommates called me last week and said "hey, wanna come up to my condo for the night on Saturday?" I sure do! So 4 of us hit the open road and off we went! We went to some of the bars up there Saturday night.

Now, the White Mountains bars ain't no Boston bars. We danced with some good old hicks and had the best time! Plus I had a goblet of Sauvingon Blanc. Not sure why I chose wine in a brewery, but I just felt like feeling like a classsy beeyotch ;-)

We ended our little rendez-vous with the most adorable little breakfast place on Sunday morning where I mowed down on an omelette and home fries while looking at a tree sprouting phallic symbols!

AND THEN... to top off the weekend, I received a nice little photo message from my sister who had a bunch of friends over the house for the weekend. Two of them slept in my bed and my sister Lauren thought it'd be HILAR to send me this lil photo of them in MY bed:

Flashing, phallic symbols, and faux-doing the deed pics. All in all, a pretty good weekend ;-)
